OK. They want us to be scared enough to vote for Bush (because we can rest assured in the knowledge that if terrorists attack America, he'll make us safer by bombing a country that had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ATTACKS?)... but not scared enough to think he's doing a bad job of making us safe... and CERTAINLY not scared enough to want to vote for Kerry!

And I'm sorry, but calling what should be DOMESTIC security or NATIONAL security Homeland Security is way too Orwellian for my liking. Sounds an awful lot like... Fatherland.
