I know you said lulu.com in a previous post, but I'm going to be in New York in the last week in April. Is there anywhere I can pick up a hard copy then? (No pressure or anything.)

I’m going to see if I can get some copies into local bookstores, but I can’t promise anything yet, since it’s self-published, and they may not want it. If I do get it in, I’ll mention the locations here. Thanks!
