Cartoons: Civilian Casualties in Afghanistan

According to a report by Afghanistan Rights Monitor, Afghan civilian casualties hit an all-time high in 2010. Foreign troops were responsible for a smaller portion of the deaths than previously, which is small comfort to those killed.
